Refund Terms

  • Full Refund on Non-Initiation: If there is no progress on your project within 3 business days on the part of our designated team members—whether developers, designers, content writers, SEO experts, or other professionals—a full refund will be made.

  • Delay in Delivery: In case the project is not delivered on time as agreed upon, a refund shall be given in full. Nevertheless, iTech Group shall not be liable for any delay arising due to inadequate timely communication or client feedback.

  • Client Inactivity: In case a client does not provide necessary project information and briefing within 7 days of assignment, the amount paid will become non-refundable.

  • 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: In case of newly designed websites, we have a 15-day partial refund policy. If the website is live and you are not satisfied with the services, a part of the payment could be refunded—on condition that this was agreed upon at the time of purchase. Renegotiations after the project has started will not be accepted.

  • Post-Approval Stage: After the initial design mockups have been approved and development is started, refunds will no longer be issued.

  • Milestone-Based Projects: On-going milestone-based projects, like digital marketing campaigns, are non-refundable if and when the execution stage has commenced.
  • Note that in case of a situation and eligibility for refund, processing can take anywhere up to 7 business days or more.

    iTech Group will not be responsible for claims or refund requests from individuals or organizations that are not immediately related to us or that are not within our contractual mandate. Refunds will not be given for services not directly provided by iTech Group. This refund policy may change at any time without notice and is at the discretion of iTech Group.
